Business Services support RM by performing various diverse processes in Customer Interest to Order Fulfilment cycle. The key value adding activities include, on call customer support to UK sales team, creation of sales quotes, procurement of Hardware and Software from different third party vendors, creation and coordination of orders till fulfilment. Business Services endeavors to bring together the pockets of operational excellence and ensures the smooth workflow of customer's orders.

Marketing services

ESI marketing services team works in collaboration with the principal marketing team based in UK to provide coordinated, aligned, consistent support for implementing customer focused marketing campaigns for RM. The team is involved in planning and executing multi-channel strategies like e-mail marketing, SEO, PPC and SEM to drive online traffic to various marketing propositions. Also provides insight reports on the different marketing channels, seminars and events.

Exam life cycle support

Exam life cycle support

RM Results operations is responsible for Exam Life Cycle support (ELS). ELS manages end to end operational support for Assessor e-marking exam sessions starting from planning till results publication. ELS activities are carried out across customers like Cambridge Assessment, International Baccalaureate, ACCA, AQA etc.


ESI PMO is the entity created for governing the processes, practices, tools and other activities related to project management. ESI PMO team, with their expertise in Prince2/PMP methodologies provide offshore project support by handling all the desk based project management activities from ESI.

The functions include:

PMO team refines the process and increase effective synergy between UK PMs and the different teams at ESI and UK.

Team is engaged in cash collection. On an average each controller own ~300 customers.

Accounts payable

Team is engaged in invoice processing of ~ 1500 suppliers, this is fully managed from ESI

Catering the reporting requirement of RM primarily through Tableau reporting tool
