It is a consolidation of the Release and change management and application support functions and helpdesk. The release and change management function support customers, services and project by providing reliable, performant and scaled platforms and deployment services by Right first time releases and changes. application support delivers high quality application support service for all our customers and provide end to end technical session support. helpdesk is a first line support for markers who are marking using RM assessor.

Connectivity services have been providing internet connectivity to over 3000 UK schools for more than 20 years. Being one of the pioneers we do understand the changes and challenges when it comes to online technology in education. RM broadband is the trusted supplier of internet services in UK Schools. We at RM are 365 days 24x7 dedicated to ensure reliable, capable & safe connectivity by means of the right tools for Proactive Customer Site Internet monitoring, filtering and safeguarding students. This helps teachers to trust on our broadband without earing technology disrupting teaching nor having to worry about irrelevant content reaching children.
